Weekend Getaway Ideas?? Lake?
Hi all - I don't post here much but hopefully you can help me. 
DH and I actually live in Prescott and moved here about a year ago from Minnesota. Our 5 year anniversary is coming up in August and we want to do a weekend getaway (yes I am planning ahead lol). I am from San Diego so that is out because we go there all the time to see my family. Really we are only wanting to go ~3 hours away anyway.
Ideally there would be a lake because DH is a big fisherman and we both love water! I'm wondering if there is any kind of lake resort or something like that?? But it doesn't HAVE to be near a lake - I am open to any and all ideas, including the Phoenix area since we really miss REAL shopping and restaurants... but the August heat kind of scares me...
