Improving a Meat and Cheese Tray
I volunteered to bring the meat/cheese tray to Easter because of logistical purposes I was limited in options that were available to me. Any suggestions on how to make a meat and cheese trays a little more impressive? Different meats/cheeses that are nice on a platter, other things to add, different cracker options, different arrangements? I know there is only so far you can take a meat and cheese tray and really I don't know that my family will love any poignant cheeses, they are pretty basic when it comes to food but help me make it interesting!

Re: Improving a Meat and Cheese Tray
I would make an antipasti tray like this one.
And I would display it like this:
