Work/2nd interview

I have a 2nd interview (in person) tomorrow for the Sears Holding Co call center in Round Rock.Glad, it came up fast, and they seemed pretty interested with my experience.

Does anyone know anything about this place? Anyone work there? I have call center experience already, so I know the general atmosphere, but anything I should know going in?

I may be late...but it's pretty general customer service, if you're willing to work they usually hire you.  That is if it's for a basic position.  Just basic monkey work :)  Don't mean that negatively, but yeah I've done the customer service call center thing and they're all pretty much the same.  A friend of mine worked for the one you're talking about for several years and liked it though.

  • Yeah, I know what you mean. I've done the call center thing for almost 3 years. I was happy to get out of it, but it's money for now, and I'm good at it. -shrugs- Seems this place is better than the last I worked at, so hopefully it will be pretty relaxed and enjoyable!

     Thanks for the good luck!

And, I did get offered the job, on the spot! So I'll be leaving my stay at home routine behind... sad day, haha.
