I agree...sort of. I bought the double chocolate ones because they looked -- well, you know -- extra chocolatey! But then I thought the cookies tasted burnt, and I was disappointed in their texture/dryness. However, the next time I went to the supermarket, they were buy one/get one free, so how could I resist? Free cookies! I've since learned that the best way to eat them is to eat all the sides, then eat the top, then lick all the filling. The filling is pretty damn good.
I won't buy them regularly, and I definitely won't buy them if they aren't on sale, but in a pinch, they'll do.
Yeah...well...I mean, don't get me wrong....I just ate three.
I've been trying to figure out how to get to the middle! I will have to try your strategy.
