Having a dinner party at a restaurant with friends and family. Anyone have any great gift/ surprises/ funny gift ideas??

We always go around the table and do a little roast of the guest of honor if its an intimate gathering and a significant bday.
Its fun to hear all of the different stories that ranger over the person's lifetime. Once the person roasts them, they then toast them with a blessing or something that they are grateful for about the bday person.
Can you bring a small centerpiece?
Something like this with pictures of the guest of honor? Ikea has the frames 3 for $1.50
