New nestie with news!
I'm Abby, part Knottie-part Nestie (Yep! I go the non-traditional route). I got engaged on New Year's Eve to my boyfriend of six years and I've put the wedding plans on hold until we found a house. Now we've got a house (pending inspection and appraisal) with a 2 acre lot which worked out great because we'd always wanted a backyard wedding. Now we can make it a reality!
The house is very 70's so we will being doing a lot of renovating over the next year and plenty of yard work to get it up to wedding material. We can't wait to get started. Our inspection is tomorrow so we've got our fingers crossed that nothing is majorly wrong. This is the 4th house we've attempted to get and I'm so glad the other didn't work out because this one has been the best by far. Anyways, I look forward to using this board with you gals! I'm sure I'll be full of questions.
