Appetizer or Salad recipe
So for Easter we're going to my cousin's and she's asking us to bring an app or a salad and I want to make something different than my usual cheesecake dip...
anyone have ideas or go to recipes?

mozz caprese or a version of it (there are creative ways to serve it - like on a toothpick with mozz balls)
baked spinach artichoke dip
taboule
cold corn/tomato/guac salad with lemon and salt (or a version of it.. diff combos)
crostini and white bean dip
tapenade & crackers or crostini

I recently made a minted chickpea topping for crostini that was really tasty, as well as a balsamic onion topping that dh was eating with a spoon after we ran out of bread... both on epicurious.
I make this salad for parties all the time and its so good!
