Moving Company Recs?
Hi All,
Does anyone have recommendations for a reliable, credible moving company for a move from the City (lakeview) to the NW suburbs? I've sent requests for quotes for a few companies I found on yelp, but there's so many its hard to know which ones are trustworthy. The highest rated ones are really expensive. I'd like to keep the cost down as much as possible without losing good quality service.

I don't know if it's an option, depending on what you're moving, but last time DH & I moved, we rented a Budget truck and did all of the packing/lifting ourselves (with the help of my brother and BIL), but it was like $85 to rent the truck for an afternoon.
