front loader "jammed" and won't come on.
first, let me say my left shift key is broken and getting fixed next week. so, no capitals.
i had a load in my wash earlier and after 10 minutes realized i forgot to put in tide. so, i pushed 'pause/cancel' added the tide to the load, rather than the drawer, but the display won't quit blinking. it's blinking 40, which was the remaining time. i can't seem to turn that off. i've tried holding the start button, holding the pause/cancel button.
it's a kenmore. i may need to unplug it, which the hubs will have to do, b/c i can't get back there.

I hope you get it fixed. We had to call a repair man out this morning because we couldn't get ours to open. $200 dollars later and a new pump we have it working again
We were able to get the door open before the repair man came. It involved DH lifting our stacked dryer off by himself. Then we unscrewed the top of the washer, reached in, and pulled down on a lever to get the door to open.
Have you tried troubleshooting online on the kenmore site?
