Please tell me

Please tell me that eating like crap this weekend while camping including lots of oreos and girl scout cookies is not going to make me gain back the 13+ pounds that I lost in the last two months.  Please tell me that when I just got on the scale and had a 4 pound gain that its probably water weight and if I go to hot yoga tomorrow night and drink lots of water it will come off.

  • lol You would have to eat an extra 14,000 calories to actually gain 4 pounds. I would say most of it is definitely water weight. Stay away from the scale for a few days.

  • I agree and wouldn't worry too much.  Stick to your plan, and I'm sure you didn't do much damage if any at all.  I'd definitely steer clear of the scale....you can drive yourself crazy that way!  I like to pick a day and weigh myself weekly.  Of course now I'm moving in the opposite direction!
