Eff you, Monday
I'm so sad the weekend is over. =( It's MrShoe's b'day today so I'm cooking for him tonight. He got his gifts on Saturday since his mom was here. Otherwise, I did an assload of schoolwork and he worked. Total suckage. High point of my weekend is that MIL did all my laundry, cleaned the bathrooms and swept the floors. Heck yes.

Our weekend was good. We installed a shade cloth over our pergola and some lighting. Yesterday we went to church, did some shopping then had our group of friends over for some ribs, beans and mac and cheese. Yum! DH made WAY too much ribs so I'm afraid we'll be eating on that for the next week!

I saw your back patio on FB & it looks fantastic. H has been wanting to build a pergola in our backyard but I've been resistant. Maybe I need to let him do his thing.

This weekend was a blur. I had a delish dinner with a friend Friday night and by the time I got home at 9:30 I was ready to crash. Sad I know. Saturday, I did some laundry, picked up the house, and watched a movie with the hubs. Sunday we went to church and then headed down to the Dell to visit with my Dad/have my niece's birthday part II.
