My friend ended up picking me up for the concert . . . in her brand new car that she had bought earlier that day. At least I didn't have to drive.

I can't fathom living like your friend is living just pissing money away that I don't have.  It gives me anxiety even thinking about it.

I did not see Jimmy Buffett but her name starts with a C! lol We went o see Lady Gaga (who I have a new love for now).

She said the car that she had before broke (they got it used from a dealer less than a year ago) and it would be $3,000 to fix so they just bought a new car instead.

We do to a point; We have fun, but we live with in our means. Some days being care free and blowing money just sounds so much more fun

Not quite! lol But I must say I was highly amused at the people at the concert that were all dressed up in costumes! lol  Some people really went all out haha
