br: Who called Medela for new pump parts?

What did you say to get new parts? I feel like they are way too expensive to buy....I think I just need mostly new tubes but they are like $13 on amazon.

I just called to say I thought I needed new tubes.  They told me how much they were, and how much shipping would be.  I said that was expensive, and maybe I'd just check around town.  They said don't bother, we'll just send them out.  For free.

I received them three days later, free of charge.

I filled out the order form on their website.  When it arrived, there was a note that the card was not charged.

I hope they give them to you for free, but in case they don't the lactation boutique at Mercy sells them for $10, so a little cheaper than Amazon!

I actually had to call two different times... the first replacement set the dog chewed up  Both times it was no hassle and free.  GL!
