My SIL
BIL, Crazy SIL, and DH's niece are spending the night tonight. Do I need to say more?

An oldie (ok, from Feb.) is that they are HIGHLY allergic to dairy/cow products. Something BAD will happen if they drink cow's milk or eat cow cheese. They can ONLY eat goat cheese and drink soy milk. Now, there are people that cannot eat cow cheese but can eat goat cheese; it has to do with the difference in the proteins they contain. The entire family, including the toddler, proceed to scarf down most of a large pizza with mozzarella cheese when we went out to eat.
(True dairy protein allergies can be serious. I have a good friend that is allergic to casein in cow products. He carries an epi-pen with him.)
