Clubhouse Rental Help!

Hi ladies I usually don't post on The Nest I usually post on the bump but I really need help. I am trying to find a clubhouse to rent for a party I am having but havin no luck finding one. Anyone know where I can host a party in the Brandon/Tampa area?

The Preserve @ Temple Terrace clubhouse can be rented. My bridal shower was there, it was really nice. Also the Woodmont Clubhouse across the street from the Temple Terrace Country Club is fairly inexpensive.

I had the same question, do you know if they would rent it out to people who are not resident of the community it in?

I know the Camden Bayside in South Tampa has a beautiful clubhouse overlooking the pool and the deck out to the bay, but if you dont know someone that lives there they charge a pretty big deposit.

I think most condo/apartment clubhouses don't let you rent unless you know someone.
