I heard on the Today show the other day his full name is William Arthur Philip Louis.

wikipedia, of course, knows everything.    Apparently, at university and in the military he used "William Wales"

I am a huge history dork and a couple of weeks ago, I had this same question.  Wiki did not disappoint.  Royals often have last names from the towns they were from (the "house of Wales").  This is another interesting article that explains the (lack of) last names: http://www.royalty.nu/Europe/England/Windsor/

I am obsessed with the Royals and all of the fascinating history.  I already set my DVR for TLC's week of coverage

i actually had no interest at all but since there was nothing on the other night and i watched the movie, i am excited to watch the wedding now!

Looks like NBC will carry most of the coverage but I still don't see an exact time for the wedding.

From what I read, he basically does not have a last name but does use Wales for military purposes, as was already discussed up above.

I have no idea when coverage starts but I am DVRing it and watching it when I am at work. Benefits of being a nanny. This way I can fast forward through the boring parts.

Coverage starts at 4am on most channels.  The time difference is 5 hours.  I think the wedding is at 10 or 11 England time.

I forget exactly what the time difference is but when I figured it out, it meant that it would start at 5am on the east coast which is 2am my time. I think the procession or pre-coverage will start at 4am/1am.

I don't watch the news a whole lot and we've cut down the cable so E! is out so I'm probably not as overexposed to them as a lot of people. I think she is beautiful and I can't wait to see the dress.

I do not have cable either. I watch the Today show every morning and stalk entertainment blogs and they have all gone crazy over it.
