I got to work fully prepared to let my boss know what my decision was but it turns out that I didn't need to make a decision after all
Thank you to those that offered your advice, it made me think of things I wasn't really considering.
I had decided that I was going to extend (even though I REALLLLLLY didn't want to) after talking to a co-worker that faced the same situation last year, the benefits of staying career-wise out weighed my personal reasons for wanting to go home. The company I work has alot of negative buzz surrounding it and a lot of complaints have been hade to the labour board in regards to the way employess are treated. Even though I feel like I am receiving fair treatment and have been a great employee for the last 4 years with no correctives or attendance issues I would have been on the sh!t list and most likely would not have moved up any further in the company.
I was told that I was needed back home because my old boss needs me back to do training for my old program. She's a hero and doesn't even know it!

Megan & Chris
I am more than relieved... it would have been such a miserable 6 weeks!!!
DH and I both work for the same account within our company, it was not planned this way but with lay-offs and previous accounts closing he ended up here. Anyways... we both we here for 3 months last year (May 28- Aug 28) it was around this length of the trip that I was more than ready to get home, mind you we were planning a wedding from half way across the world.. UGH! so happy I won't ever have to do that again! THANKFULLY I had my mom and skype!
So the countdown is ON! I now have 10 days left in this country, I'm spending my last weekend at my favorite hotel and celebrating my 24th birthday at home with DH and my friends 2 days after I get home
