Scalloped Potato (or Potato Gratin) recipes?
Hi Ladies, another recipe recommendation question-- does anyone have a scalloped potato recipe they have made and can recommend? Online, there are so many variations, I was hoping someone had a good one. I want to make sure whatever recipe I use, it sets up well. (Some recipes don't call for adding any flour, which makes me suspicious). Also, what type of potatoes do you all recommend? Thanks!!

Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!! LOVE this recipe. As for potatoes, honestly, I use all purpose and it tastes great! I'm sure Yukon Gold would probably be the gourmet choice.
