Hi ladies! We have turned our Easter dinner into an Easter brunch to accomodate some people's schedules. I have been assigned to make a quiche. Does anyone have a killer quiche recipe they love and would be willing to share? Otherwise I'm relying on google.
One of the guests is a vegetarian, but there will be other food available that is vegetarian friendly. If someone knows of a recipe where half the quiche could have meat and the other half could be meat free, that would be an extra special bonus. Otherwise, no need to eliminate the meat from the recipes.

I have used this recipe before and it turned out well. You can pump up the veggies for part, and then add bacon for the meat portion:
