Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

anyone rooted their android phone?
I reeealllly want to get rid of the bloatware, but I'm pretty nervous since it voids the warranty and my phone is brand new.
Thoughts?

I did ( or rather H did it for me).
When H has had to get a new phone he always restores it and never had an issue.

I've rooted two Androids, (dh & mine). Both our touchscreens broke coincidentally, so I called about a warranty replacement, did a factory reset then sent them in. They never charged us for the replacements and was never notified that I had voided the warranty agreement. Since I restored factory settings, they have no way of telling I had rooted the phone. I have t-mobile, if that matters.
I say go for it, because it is reversible.
