Easter Day Madness

It's our first married holiday. We are traveling two hours to see family at three separate locations. Oh & it doesn't help that we have to drive back the two hours Sunday night because DH has work 7am Monday morning. SO not looking forward to it. Hopefully it won't rain so my madness will be soothed by sunshine...

Re: Easter Day Madness

  • In my mind, that kind of travel on a holiday is reserved for Christmas.  Safe travels!

  • I don't think you could pay my enough! Hope you have a nice sunshine-y day though! :)
  • Is Easter at your house next year?  Cheers to crazy families.
  • Good luck!  Hope you get lots of sunshine to make up for all that driving.  I'm definitely in the "only for Christmas" camp.  And I'm leaning towards not at Christmas either.  I'm also a newlywed, so I blame us wanting to "start our own traditions."  ;)

Totally agree!  If even then...  but yea, I dont' see Easter as a "we have to go see everyone" holiday.
