totally random MIL vent, if you can call it that...
My MIL is very homely, and not at all girly. Until JJ and I started dating, I don't think she'd ever been in a Bath and Body Works. I've always loved their hand soap collection, so for Christmas or Mother's Day or whatever, I started getting her the soaps in addition to other little gifts. I knew she loved them, so it was always a safe bet for me because she's really hard to shop for. Well she's grown to love them so much now that she buys them all of the time, and now buys them for me on holidays and for my birthday. WTF, MIL?! Why must you take my fall-back, safe gift for you, buy it for yourself, and now buy it for me as well!?
I say this because we were at the outlets before and she wanted to go to B&BW, they were on sale 6/$15, she bought 6 and gave me 3. Gah!
PS - I totally understand if this is the worst vent I can come up with about MIL, I have it good
