I missed you girls!
(I gave up the internet for Lent, excepting things like weather.com or banking or the news.)
How has everyone been? Any fab parties lately? Ooh, how did Easter or Passover go for everyone? Any great Memorial Day parties planned?
I'm so glad to be back,
except I won't be here much because finals are next week, ugh. I'll set an egg timer for each time I log on so I don't waste too much time! lol
As
for the experience, it was wonderful. My life was so tranquil without
social media in particular - no wondering who's commenting on my various
posts, no composing pithy sayings in my mind during the day... Just
lovely! I had lots of time to read and I enjoyed slowing my brain down
and just watching tv or just reading a magazine. I took walks in the
evening and worked in the flowerbeds.
FSIL is getting married in MIL's backyard in October and MIL has asked me to find rustic-elegant insp pics, so that's probably my current entertaining thing for a while.
