Wrist Doctor???
Does anyone have a recommendation for an orthopedist specializing in the wrist/hand? Who is good? Who is horrible? Anything???

I had a hip problem a couple of years ago and my chiropractor sent me to http://www.isk-institute.com/
They have pretty big office, very professional and the doctor that I saw was very nice and helpful. The front desk staff was good at getting me to the right specialist within the practice.
Maybe they can help you.
I both work with, and went to as a patient, Dr. Steve Lee (see this link ). He is absolutely fantastic. He really takes the time to explain things, and generally is a nice guy.
