So I have heard/seen that some people use coconut oil as an all-natural lubricant. I was highly intrigued because I have had issues with different types of lube, and was looking for something natural.
Well, I sure am glad we tried CO!!!
Ab-so-lute-ly AMAZING. Better than any lube we've ever used.
If you haven't tried it, you should. Just sayin'
Re: Coconut Oil :)
Clear this with a physician first. I don't know if this is okay to use internally --- foodstuffs (and that is what coconut oil is) can be fodder for the breeding of nasty vaginal bacteria that can give you a splendid infection.
There's no sugar in it. The only nutrition facts that have a value are Total Fats and Saturated Fats, because it is an oil. Also, since it is anti-fungal it actually prevents yeast infections.
Like I said in OP, I was looking for something all-natural. I am very sensitive to other lubes and haven't had a single issue with CO.
nice tip! will have to try!
It tastes great too when you cook with it! lol
