FF Confessions On A Tuesday!

SO Its Tuesday, and it's been hard to get my head into work, So I thought if someone needed to make confessions then so be it!

- Since finding out about my friends husband, I can't stop being clingy to my H. I'm probably annoying him :) OH WELL

- I don't want my sister to move to Germany. Her H is a total @$$ and he's abusive and she doesn't see it

- Since eating my MIL's cooking on Sunday, my stomach has been REALLY upset.

- I'm annoyed people can dish it out, but can't take it.

Re: FF Confessions On A Tuesday!

  • If another person says, "oh, you're still here" or something similar, I may hit them with the first thing I can find.  Duh, yes, I'm still here Captain Obvious.  Or if a family member calls, "just wondering if anything had happened" same thing.  uh, no, we had the kid, and didn't call you last week about it.  Sorry we forgot!

  • Is excited for the "Royal Wedding", I love all of the hoopla.  DH thinks I'm nuts!  Who doesn't love a fariytale?!  She was a normal girl and now she's going to be a princess and then Queen...

I've been getting, "You should tell your doctor to put you on bedrest!".

Um...how horrible do I look to people!??

I'm actually feeling really great, and I don't want to be home on bedrest. It would actually make my life 1,000x more complicated and plus I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be happy at school to get a sub for me!

  • My confession: My pants are too tight because the meds i'm taking are making me fat, and I continue to wear them like a hoochie momma because I'm hoping my body will be changing even more soon and I can't justify buying new jeans before that happens. Yeah they also have holes in the knees. Both pairs of jeans have holes! ugh.

  • Being back home this weekend made me appreciate the behavior and manners of my girls much more! Also, I am in big trouble because MIL told DH she didn't even know if they would be around Saturday when he wanted to stop out, so I went shopping with my sisters while he took the girls out...yup, she had a big shindig with the whole family there, brunch and an egg hunt...she is pi$$ed I wasn't there! Hey phsyco, you should have said something and not ho-hum about it!

I definitely wouldn't buy new jeans if I were you. If history is any indication, you'll be at your smallest size yet after the 3rd baby is born!  When I am too big for my normal jeans, I just rock yoga pants (which is any sweat pant w/o elastic in the bottom under my definition). They are so comfortable and spare me from having to pay for even more jeans that I'll only temporarily wear.

As far as the holes in the knees, that is crazy for an adult! You must be the type of good mama who spends lots of times on her knees playing w/ the kiddos (I don't have this problem, hmmm... :) Either that, or way too much time trying to keep dark hardwood lookign clean!

  • I'm insane and driving to Iowa, by myself, with 2 babies. I keep saying it's because I want my kids to see grandma, but really I'm terribly homesick. I miss my mom and my bff something fierce.

  • I thought of another...I'm still wearing maternity pants or yoga pants everywhere. My pre-preg pants fit weird and I'm too cheap to go buy new pants. I need to get my a$$ in shape so I can wear normal pants, but holding my snuggly baby is much more fun than working out. And jelly beans taste better than broccoli.

I think you're insane, but my DH just did a 7 hr trip with our DS by himself, and they had a great time!  They talked a lot, and had fun.  I would have probably had some sort of mental break doing it myself, but I think the toddler part will go better than you think!

I'm actually a little bummed that they're getting married on my anniversary! Just a little though. I have the day off and told my coworkers I was planning on being glued to the TV all day. In reality I will probably avoid TV altogether that day.

  • We are giving potty training a whirl.  I might just go insane.  Trying to spend all day off the carpet is hard.  Not leaving the house is no fun either.  Add in the dreary day - not sure how long I can stay sane.  On the bright side, after more pee on the floor than in the potty, he started to know when he had to go.  Lunch was 50-50 success and after lunch was good.  Both poops have been in the potty.  Warmed my heart this afternoon when he said, I have to go poop.  I am trying to somewhat do the three day technique, but another confession - have only ready bits and pieces about it.

    Calgon take me away!

  • My mom and sister keep asking for a bump picture and I don't want to take one.  I haven't seen them since we got pregnant (they are in VA) but will be seeing them in 3 weeks.  I told them they could see then.  I just hate pictures of myself!  Plus I feel way bigger than 22 weeks even though I am smaller than I was with James.

And I am really sick of people giving us crap because we are not sharing the name IRL.  Whats the big deal?!?

  • I'm so ready for summer.  This time of year my students start bickering like siblings, which is technically a good thing that they feel that close to each other.  However, it seriously ANNOYS me to no end.  Not to mention that I'm not as close to this class as I was last year (just different personality mixes) and I'm not getting all the warm and fuzzy thoughts I usually get at the end of the year.  That is tough to admit though because I feel like a horrible teacher.

um I think you look AWESOME! And are glowing brighter than a star!!

You just can't win on this.  With DS, we didn't find out the gender.  most people couldn't understand why we didn't want to find out!  Nor did we share any of our names.

With this one, DH wanted to find out, so we know it's a boy.  Now everyone wants to know the name.  DH shared it with my sister at her wedding for a special present, and no one else knows.  But everyone wants to find out.

I even know a few people who have given me such horrible grief on not finding out gender or sharing names, who are now pregnant, and are not sharing.  Grr, hypocrites!  /and end pregnant rant...off to find ice cream.

Be strong, don't share!  Make it a surprise!
