Hit F5 to take it from the "photo viewing" box to the regular photo page.
Right click on the picture and select "View Picture."
Cut and paste the address bar (it should end with .jpg)
Go to your signature and paste the address in the img source path.

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermFor a picture that you are inserting into a message, you can change the size by clicking on the little picture icon, and changing the dimensions. (I always divide the # already there by a specific percentage and do it for both the length and width, that way the picture stays correctly proportioned.)
For your signature, I'm pretty sure you have to do all of that through another program. A lot of people upload their picture to Photobucket and have created collages and added text there. I always just download mine to my desktop and then use MS Paint. If you are using Paint then open up the image in Paint, then select Image, then Attributes, and you can change the size there. To add a words, click the text box and then place your cursor wherever you want the text to be.
