Are we having the exact same pregnancy?
I was told at my last appt. that I am measuring a week ahead too! This was the appt. that I was rushed at after waiting for an hour and a half so I didn't think of questions until after I left.
Does this mean my baby is big?! That I might go early? I'm too big for my gestational age? Scary. 
He acted like it was no big deal but my mind has been wandering ever since.

I measure 3-4 weeks behind from 28 weeks on. I kept having NST to make sure everything was fine. The dr was getting worried DS was not growing. I went into labor on my own at 38w6d and DS was 7lb, 15 oz. So just know that is just an estimate.
Born 7lb, 15oz, 21-1/4, 2 mo - 12lbs, 14oz. 25", 3mo - 14lb, 4oz 26in , 4 mo - 16lb, 1oz, 26 3/4 in, 5 mo 18 lb, 4oz 27-3/4 in, 6 mo 28 3/4 in 19lb, 14oz
Crazy enough we are having the exact same pregnancy! There will be a pregnancy watch on which one of us will have the baby first. Did you find out what you're having? I think we're having a boy, but we didn't find out.
As for measuring ahead, my OB was not worried either. They didn't change my due date or anything. Basically it's all a guess on measurements, so the U/S could have measured wrong the first time when they decided your due date or this time when they measured. The baby might be big. I know with Brendan I was also 4-5 days behind what his due date was and he was born @ 6 lbs 14 oz. So, it might mean we'll have a 7-8 lb baby. Try not to worry about it, it really isn't a big deal. Literally, the day I went to deliver Brendan the OB office told me one weight/size and the people in triage told me another and he wasn't that close to either. So, don't stress. Just keep going along like you have been and if the doctor feels like the baby's getting too big or that the baby really should be born a week earlier than expected he'll decide that probably after 36 weeks
It's just weird because at every other appt. I have measured exactly on. I have a fear of having a huge baby, probably because I'm pretty small. They did tell me they might induce a week early if things are looking good, to avoid complications because I am on a blood thinner.
We are having a boy, so maybe you are too!
If you're tiny and measuring a week ahead they may induce you! I was induced and it was a GREAT experience. So, if you go that route try not to be freaked out. I know many people are worried about it, but I had a good experience
How have you been feeling? I feel like in the last couple weeks I've gotten bigger, but this is also my 2nd so I got bigger faster.
Maybe we're having a boy too! We're struggling to decide on a boy name. We will use our girl name from last time. Have you decided on a boy name? What hospital are you delivering at?
Wow that is crazy! I guess you just really never know! I'll stop freaking!
My sister has been induced also with all good experiences.
I feel like I have gotten bigger/more uncomfortable in the past few weeks also. Rolling over in bed is a huge chore.
We do not have a name! We have a list and I think I like one and then change my mind. I'm getting a little stressed about it! Everything else is getting done, I'm just afraid come delivery time we will still be nameless!
I will deliver at St. Joe's Pontiac. Where will you?

Deciding on a name is stressful for me. It's a huge decision and I second guess myself too. You're not the only one. Would you go to the hospital with more than 1 name and decide when you meet the baby?
