How do you clean your gas grill?
I was just wondering if there are any products you ladies would recommend to clean both the inside and outside of a stainless steel gas grill.
Re: How do you clean your gas grill?
I'd like to know as well. I have a stainless steel foam cleaner and it did nothing to my ss grill. I've also tried using the magic eraser on the outside.
For the inside, I'm clueless as to where to even start. I'm going to try this weekend with some dish soap and elbow greese.
Don't know how large your grill is, but the racks on my grill are smaller individial ones that together form a large one, they actually fit in the dishwasher, so do the flame tamers. I then close off the gas inlet just to be safe and wipe the very bottom down with paper towel and dishsoap, works like a charm for me.

What I'm looking forward to in 2012:
Eating our way through (northern) Italy on vacation

My grill will never be perfectly clean, but if I had to clean it to a shine, it would defeat the purpose of grilling.
I scrape the grates after it's hot and before food goes on, and after I finish using it, while it's still hot. We put it in the yard and spray it down inside and out when it gets dirty, maybe once each summer.
