I was dicussing with a coworker yesterday on the elevator how much 'stuff' we bring with us to work. We both had lunch bags, 'work bags' and our purses.

What's in it? I bring my planner and usually have a notebook in there for personal things I may have to write down (to do lists, shopping lists etc). Some days it'll vary. If I have to go to the post office to mail something or pay some bills online I'll bring those with. If I bring my makeup and put it on at my desk, I'll bring that in my bag as well.
Do you bring it everyday? Yes
Do you use what is in it everyday? No. But if I don't bring it, I feel lost. I usually bring it because I'll print a few personal things at work so then I put them in my bag.
My bag is from Thirty-One gifts. I love it. I have my monogram in bright pink on the front.

What's in it?
My clothes and stuff to get ready, I am in and out of the pool all day so often I don't shower before going to work as I just get in the pool right away and then shower when I am done at work.

Yes, even if it is a non pool day, I workout before I start work so I still get ready there. It is really convenient working at a gym

Do you bring it everyday? yes, the days I come in to work, I do. But, I work from home more often than I work at work

What's in it? My lunch bag, nalgene water bottle, my current book choice (I read on my lunch), sometimes I also throw my purse in the bag if there's room.

What's in it? I ride the bus, so I keep my Nook in there at all times, an umbrella, mittens, gum, my lunch. On the way home I will put my Target purcahses in there (because working right next to Target I feel like I am there everyday) and my purse.

ETA: Bonus points for a PIP of your bag! I can't find mine online. DH bought me a HUGE Coach bag a couple of years ago and I didn't really have a use for it until I started working downtown. It is khaki and pink.

What's in it? All manner of personal papers that I plan to take care of but never do (dr. bill I need to pay, receipts, magazines, coupons, to-do lists that I never do)

Do you have a 'work bag'? sort of. i prefer backpacks so i can keep my hands free. shoulder bags always fall off my shoulders and it makes me crabby.
What's in it? depends on the day. usually: purse, sodastream bottle of water, my iPad, keys, work badge, iPhone, change of clothes (for school at night), umbrella, nerdy vitamin sorter, makeup, mail and my school books on days i have class.

My work bag is really a burlap shopping bag from The Lady & Sons when we were on vacation last fall. I don't want to keep investing in work bags and my work is relaxed enough that the nicer resuable shopping bags work.
I travel to and from with 2 Contigo insulated coffee mugs with coffee in them. I have several packets of Justin's Nut Butters of various flavors for quick snacks. Usually an apple or banana. The rest is filled with my lunch, unbrella or whatever I need that day.
Yes, I use it every day.
I do for the most part and tend to clean it out every weekend.
