Good luck - I know that since I really don't have time during the week to exercise that diet is going to be my main way of losing weight. I'll really try to get a good exercise in on Saturday and Sunday.
But I figure picking Dayne up and carrying him around everywhere has to be a good arm work out!
I totally agree. It's so hard to get a true work out in on the week days because of work and everything else. Dieting has always been my main focus when trying to lose weight, that way any exercise I actually get done is a bonus!
I always try to at least walk to get the mail (it's about 1/2 mile down the street, all of the new houses have mailboxes in the front of the subdivision).
But tracking what I eat is really the best way that I have found to help lose weight!
I'm sure Dayne will continue to give you a workout! You'll probably be running around after him for the next 15-20 years
