Need 1st Communion gift ideas
My step daughter Julianna is making her 1st communion this Sunday and I have no idea what to get her. When her sister Kaitlynn made hers a few years ago we bought her small diamond earrings. However Julianna doesnt really wear earrings so I cant get her those.
Any ideas? I cant leave it to my husband because he wont get her anything. e has a habit of just leaving stuff like this to me.
Re: Need 1st Communion gift ideas
what about a small diamond pendant or ring? or start a charm bracelet?
What about something traditional like a Children's Bible or a cross for her bedroom wall?
Flowers to plant with Mom?
A book geared towards girls her age?
Hey Tara. My niece is making her confirmation tomorrow morning. I went to Tally's last night - it is a store in Cranston, on Pontiac Ave right next to Aldi's, that carries religious things. I got her a very nice set of rosary beads (they are first communion ones, with a chalice on them) and a little bag to keep them in. I was thinking of getting her a Pandora bracelet, but my DD thinks that she is too young for one. I disagree and think she would love it, but... I decided to just give her cash as the other part of the gift. Good luck figuring something out!
