Tornados

Do we have anyone in the affected areas?  Things look horrible on the news.  I'm hoping things calm down there soon.  T&P go out to everyone in the region.

eeeeva, maybe.  Not sure about Atlanta, but my sister in Athens said everything was ok there this morning.  Wind and rain but no tornadoes.

Even the weather here is way outta whack, I can't even imagine what it's like down in tornado alley.

I'm good. Atlanta had terrible storms but nothing bad happened in my neighborhood. 11 people though were killed in NW Georgia. Yesterday you could feel that bad storms were coming. You could barely walk down the street with out being blown around.

I am from Mississipi and we got SO lucky. Thankfully we dodged the bullet. Three houses about 2 miles up the road are destroyed, but we got no damage just limbs in the yard. We did spend a good part of the afternoon in the tornado room here at work. Mom had jordan after school and they hid in the bathtub. Our lights were only out for about an hour. I was so thankful.

The storms here in NC did some damage to properties in the neighborhood and caused outages, but no tornadoes. However my cousin is going to school in Alabama a little over an hour outside of Tuscaloosa where most damage was done by tornadoes and we haven't heard from her yet. She's young and has a tendency to forget her phone or just not answer it but of course I worry. Vibes that everything is okay would be appreciated
