Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Will we ever be able to update our siggies again?
I've tried updating through the knot, nest and the bump and it still doesn't work. What's up with this? Hasn't it been quite a few weeks it's been busted?

Not sure why u are having a problem since the majority of users that couldn't update had characters in their names and you don't but maybe trying emailing bump Eileen and see what she can do to help???

Try to log out and log back on as well - that seems to work for a few people who haven't been able to access it.
