my apartment's for rent
I am
currently living in a one bedroom apartment in park slope. As much as
we love this place, we are growing out of it and have decided to move.
Since we are moving a month before our lease is up, we agreed to try to
find renters. Would any of you (or anyone you know) like it?
Apartment details:
I bedroom railroad
Eat in kitchen
Large windows with lots of light
Hardwood floors
Full bathroom
Approximately 700 sq. ft.
4 closets (lots of closet space)
On 9th Street just one block away from the 4th ave 9th Street F, R, G station
Only tenants in building so it is very quiet
Right in the heart of Park Slope where there are tons of restaurants and shops
Short walk to Prospect Park
Move in date is June 1 or possibly a little earlier
The landlord will be asking $1695 a month which is a steal right now in the slope.
I have not taken any pictures yet but can if you are interested. Let me know if you would like me to put you in contact with the landlord or if you would like to stop by and look at the place.
