Interview tomorrow, need some advice.
I am interviewing tomorrow for a lead postion within the office I currently work. Therefore my current managers are doing the interview. I know they will likely use a set list of questions to interview all the candidates, but being that I work with them everyday (and it feels awkward) how should I approach the interview. I know I don't want to act like a complete stranger, but at the same time I don't want to assume my managers know everything I want them too.
Any input or advice is greatly appreciated!

Re: Interview tomorrow, need some advice.
I would assume a lot of questions would be situational (eg, "Describe how you would handle a difficult co-worker") and would have situations in mind.
