That dress, with a different neckline and shorter train, was exactly what I had in mind and couldn't find. I just about gasped when I saw the lace. I thought it was perfect.
Brendan's a fan of her sister's dress, let's just put it that way.
I loved all the glances, between the brothers, between the couple, etc.

Her dress is stunning, the queen looks like big bird, camilla still looks like a horse, kates mom looks great, Pippa's dress looks great on her - not sure I like that she wore white too...Ceremony was LONG but nice
Kate- Stunning. Love the neck line, although I imagined something a little bit more grand in terms of train length. Um and hello!? Tiara!? Gorgeous!!

* I loved the glances they stole during the ceremony and some of the giggling, 'specially Harry.
* Commentators are referring to the wedding as a "modern wedding"... do you think so? What makes you think this?
* Do we like their new names.... Duke and Duchess of Cambridge...
What Brit said about the train length - I seriously think my SIL's train was longer (and hers didn't seem super over the top).
Oh I wish ladies wore hats to weddings here...

Loved it! I thought her dress was stunning, and enjoyed watching. So glad I woke up early to watch it live!

Love the hat on the left... the one on the right though is awful...
I just watched a couple clips online of Kate walking into the abby and up the aisle and them exchanging their vows. Her dress is absolutely gorgeous and pretty much what I pictured she'd wear: plain satin ballgown with lace over her shoulders. She looks stunning overall; I love her earrings.
Since I was just watching clips I haven't seen many of the others, but Kate's sister looked beautiful as well. I was kinda surprised her dress was white/ivory. Is that normal in the UK?
They actually said it was "uncommon" for maids of "that age" to wear ivory/off white. I thought the silhouette was gorgeous.
The one on the right is hideous. When she got out of the car Pat and I died laughing.
I love the hats though, some of them are so classy and I could totally get into wearing them for formal events!
I loved every second of the wedding!! Her dress was perfect for her, I'd kill for her figure!!

2012 Reading Challenge
I only saw a couple of minutes, but i loved Kate's outfit. I think the dress was beautiful and understated (and would have loveddddd it on me, haha!).
wtf on Fergie's daughters? the one in blue looks like she borrowed from the Evil Stepmother's closet, and the hat on the right is right out of WhoVille.
I LOVED Kates dress. I told Craig it reminded me of Grace Kelly and then about 20 minutes later the ladies on the TODAY show said the same thing
The Queen was in a very bright yellow, it kind of surprised me, but I thought the whole outfit was appropriate for her age and stature.
Camilla just looks dowdy no matter what she wears and that hat was horrible!
Kates mother was very pretty.
I loved Pippas dress but I was wondering about the white thing too...
The ceremony was long but not too long. I loved that they did very understated flowers and had the trees.
I didn't get to watch but looked at pictures online.
Kate's dress - I really liked it! I liked that the train wasn't too long and the simple elegancy to it.
The Queen - I actually really liked her outfit. I think the yellow wasn;t too birght, and the style was great for her.
Some of those hats were crazy! Fergie's daughters just looked odd overall. I didn't like Victoria Beckham's hat.
It normally wouldn't be my style, but I LOVED Kate's dress. I think it was perfect for the event without being too old. She looked stunning. And Pippa looked hot.
Normally such a bright yellow for a major part of the family might stand out too much, but I thought the Queen looked great. Camilla and Kate's mother both looked very pretty as well.
I actually woke up as she was walking down the aisle (perfect timing!).
I just love them.
The wedding was at 4:00 am our time and everything was done before I got up, so I DVR'd, but had to get up early bc it was my breakfast day at work, so I got up about 45 min early to pre-heat the oven and such, made coffee, and watched a shortened fast-forward version. I slowed it down for the arrivals and watched a good portion of the ceremony. I ran out of time though and didn't watch the balcony entrance.
I loved Kate's dress, super classy and I love the lace sleeves since strapless/sleeveless/whatever are not allowed in the church. I would have liked to see a cathedral veil, but other than that, it was perfect. And I'm ridiculously jealous of her real diamond tiara.
Whoever mentioned the trees...those trees are in Westminster. Like they grow there.
And something the GMA ladies said "she arrived a commoner and left as her royal highness", really struck me. That is SO COOL!!!!
Totally again; it is so crazy! There was a picture of Kate with Pippa holding her train with this look on her face like, "I can't believe this is happening." I wonder if it weird for Pippa that her sister is now a royal highness.
But such a fairytale!
I think Pippa is a Lady in Waiting now? I could be wrong though.

I haven't really followed much for headlines, I just wanted to see all the pomp and circumstance of the actual wedding!
There is one thing I do know....I could probably kill for Pippa's body. Geez, that's amazing.
I'm just watching it now and I have to say I LOVE her dress. Not my style but gorgeous!
I think the queen looks so cute. Just like a proud grandmother should look. (Its funny but I think that most people just think of her as the queen but she is the grandmother in this whole thing too!)
I loved Kate's sisters dress. I think she looks amazing.
And I have to say ... one of my friends posted on fb... "Does anyone remember when William was cute?" I kinda laughed at that.
Someone on IF said that maybe she was wearing it to resemble a giant cervix in honor of National Infertility Awareness Week. I almost choked on my water when I read that!
