What are your weekend plans?
Fuss up... who watched the Royal Wedding?
What was your favorite part?
Re: Weekend Plans?
Relaxing, trying to get re-organized and having visitors over to meet DD.
The wedding was great - it was nice to see that it wasn't overly stuffy or formal. Kate looked gorgeous...I was hoping the dress would be a a bit more modern but it was still so beautiful. I LOVED her sister's dress...so elegant! Kate looked so calm and happy. I am glad I got up to watch!
Someone's getting a little brother!
I got up at my normal time and watched while I was getting ready. She look beautiful. Loved the dress! Very Grace Kelly! I did love Pippa's dress as well. I love all the pomp and circumstance that comes with the Royals.
Today: work until 3, then home to wash clothes and relax after a crazy 10 days!
Saturday: Pool party with some friends.
Sunday: Relaxing beach day!
Finals for the semester due next week so... that's pretty much my weekend. Trying to fit in some hot yoga and maybe a movie and a drink or two. Or some outside time since it's supposed to be gorgeous.
I think Kate was stunning, but Pippa's dress stole the show in my mind. Overall very beautiful and exciting and I'm happy for them, they seem so in love and low key despite the circus surrounding their relationship.
Before today I really wasn't into the royal wedding but I actually watched this morning up until they exchanged vows. I thought Kate's dress was very nice but Pipa's dress was absolutely beautiful.
Today: work, finish decorating some cookies, bake cinnamon rolls, and hopefully get rest
Saturday: My shower!; spend time with the in-laws while they're in town. I can't wait to meet my nephew. My sister in-law had a baby 2 months ago and we haven't been able to get down to VB to see him but she'll be at the shower.
Sunday: Relax
I woke up at 4:30 (internal alarm) and watched some of the guests arriving. Dozed off and woke back up to see the actual marriage ceremony before having to get ready for work at 6:30. I agree with everyone who loved Pippa's dress.
Today: Probably only working a half day, I have a head cold. Which is the last thing I want at 38 weeks pregnant.
Tomorrow: We have our newborn care class till one and then, fingers crossed, we're going to buy a new vehicle.
Sunday: Church and probably organizing the baby's room.
If I'd been awake anyway, I would have watched the royal wedding. I've seen a few photos, and I'm sure I'll check out more later.
Today I'm working from home for awhile.
Tonight and throughout the weekend, I'll mostly be reading and watching DVDs. My Mom is coming up to visit tomorrow, which I'm SO looking forward to. I've only been stuck at home since Tuesday and I'm already lonely.
I just watched the coverage as I was getting ready and eating breakfast this morning. I thought the service was very nice. Kate looked amazing. I love love love her dress. And I just read that she did her own makeup. Impressive! Pippa's dress was stunning too.
Today: take jackson for a nice long walk, quick easy dinner, caps game/laying on the couch
Tomorrow: another long walk for jackson, craft fair in timonium with mom, and currently no plans for the evening
Sunday: doggie play date with a friend, house cleaning, hopefully finishing making a parent's album from our wedding so it can *hopefully* be here for mother's day.
I forgot about the wedding until I got to work and saw it on MSN.
Today: Work, stopping by Michaels and/or Hobby Lobby, dinner at home, decorating a cake
Saturday: My sister's bridal shower and bachelorette party!!!
Sunday: Housework, picking up the crib we ordered at BRU, dinner in Annapolis for my grandfather's 90th birthday

Decorate This
I caught a few minutes of the wedding this morning. I loved Kate's and Pippa's dresses. She seemed so relaxed during the entire ceremony. I'm kind of sad that I missed the kiss, but I'm sure I can see that tonight.
Today: Lunch out with the coworkers.
Tonight: Relaxing at home with the family. Maybe out for ice cream tonight.
Tomorrow: DH will be working on the patio. A and I will most likely run a few errands in the morning, clean the house and play.
Saturday night: Taking my aunt out to Milton Inn for her Birthday.
Sunday: Finish working on the brick patio and relax/clean/ and hopefully get a hike in before the weekend ends.
My unfortunate weekend plans are working all weekend analyzing data and making a presentation for next week. I'm stressed but I'm looking forward to it being over.
I thought Kate looked beautiful and I loved how happy and confident she looked. In contrast to some other royal brides, she seemed much more at ease and confident about the day, which I'm sure comes from her being older and with William for awhile. I really liked her earrings, but I'm not a huge fan of the veil. I totally agree at Pippa's dress, gorgeous!
I watched a lot more of it than I planned on since I've been up since 2:30, unable to sleep. I am dragging now! I thought Kate looked amazing. Her dress and veil were stunning. I thought Pippa looked gorgeous too.
Tonight - NAP!
Saturday - Annapolis Food & Wine Festival w/ friends
Sunday - Church and hopefully organizing the baby's room a bit
Tonight-- Joe Corbi's for dinner (woo hoo!) and trip to Target for two bday gifts
Tomorrow--washing first floor windows early, then taking Ava to get her feet measured and some news shoes. Home for nap, then party at Chuck E Cheese.
Sunday--Church, nap and another bday party
Monday--steamcleaning our rugs and sofa (can't wait!) and starting to switch the kids bedrooms--ten more weeks (SLOW DOWN TIME) so we need to get moving!
Tonight we just took it easy.
Tomorrow we're doing an egg hunt with our playgroup friends, and I'm going to the movies in the evening. DH is planting my veggie garden.
Sunday we're going to Harford Gymnastics and finishing up some last minute preparations for baby!
