CTri17 or any other CD mommas....
What do you do when your little one is on antibiotics and you use cloth diaper? We are in disposables right now since we are in the hospital but are hoping to get out today. He has been on IV antibiotics for 2 days now and although I don't see a yeast rash, he has been getting a little red every now and then from the freq loose stools. Our pedi, although very nice and thorough doesn't have much exposure to CD world other than to say they are cute. I asked on the cd board but got varying responses too so figured I would ask here. Thanks!

Re: CTri17 or any other CD mommas....
I'd put him on a baby probiotic (like renew life brand ) 1x a day .
That should keep anything away but I don't think it'd be an issue anyways but athat would help his good flora in his intestines.
LMK if anything changes, We haven't had any yeast issues but I know it isn't fun to deal with
DS has been on numerous rounds of antibiotics and we've never had an issue with our CDs while he was on them. Granted, a couple of those rounds were while he was in the hospital, but he's probably been on 8-10 rounds (yes, I know it is a ton) of them while at home and in CDs without issue. We do use a ton of CJ's BUTTer to prevent any type of rash during that period and it works really well.
I hope your LO is feeling better quickly!
