I finally bought my conifer.
I have wanted a conifer for some time. I have been looking at species that grow at least 8-10' tall, preferably about 25', but stay relatively narrow. I was pretty much set on getting a weeping blue spruce, but I haven't seen a nice, healthy specimen in almost a year.
Today I went to one of the larger nurseries in the area, and I saw this:

It was beautiful and very healthy. It has dense branches, lots of new growth, and great color. And still, not a healthy looking weeping blue spruce in sight. So I bought this instead. Now I REALLY have to sell that hydrangea in the corner of my garden.
