Need a salad for a small dinner party tonight.
I'm meeting my brother's new gf and we'll be making pizzas together at his place tonight so this isn't anything formal. I'm feeling completely uninspired and blah today so someone please just tell me what kind of salad and dressign to make.
Should I do a Greek salad or just a greens with cucumbers or what? I'm up for just about anything/

I make one like this too. I do dried cranberries, honey almonds, blue cheese crumbles and raspberry vinaigrette.

Romaine Lettuce, craisins, feta cheese, slivered toasted almonds, cherry tomatoes, avocado, S&P and Balsamic Vinaigrette, everyone loves it in our house.
