Anyone holding out for a tablet?

I'm really curious about the G-Slate, and it's finally out. I'm a bit of an Android fanboy, (I had a G1, now I have a G2 and I adore them!) and I'm excited that the G-Slate offers tabbed browsing; which I've come to enjoy via Chrome. Also that it features Honeycomb, Android's newest OS that was created especially for tablets.

I use TMobile for my cell service but since I plan to use the tethering hotspot on my phone, I don't really need TMobile's service plan.

If you have this or any other Android tablets, can you share your experience? (I'm not interested in anything Apple, thanks.)  :)

Re: Anyone holding out for a tablet?

  • I'm new to the tablet market and a technology-idiot but I am looking at a Asus Eee Slate. Waiting for Best Buy to sell them tough b/c we have a bunch of GC's to use. I like the sound of the one that you mentioned though too. I also have T mobile and an unlimited date plan so manybe that would work better.
