what size would you get?

I am trying to decide what size to get for Allie's bday dress. I am buying it on ebay(new).

6-12 months:Height is 25-29 inches    Weight is 17-22 lbs

12-18 :Height: 29-31" Weight: 22-27 lbs

At 6 months Allie was 15lbs and at 9 months she is 18lbs

At 6 months Allie's height was 24.5 and at 9 months 27 1/4

It is not a dress that can be tied tight if it is big. here it is

Re: what size would you get?

  • I'd go 12-18.

  • Ditto Pam.  I'm getting 12-18 months for all Aidan's summer clothes. I think they are like 2 days apart?  He was 7/19 :)

  • All of Maddy's clothes for the summer are 12 or 18 months -- I'd rather it be a little big than not be able to wear it.

  • I was thinking 12-18.

Hey my bday is the 19th of July!

  • I would get 6-12.  I know I'm in the minority here, but she's probably going to gain 1 lb a month, if she's following a normal growth pattern, so I think 12-18 months is going to be too big. She'll probably be just about 20, or 21 lbs by the time she's 12 months.

I'm going to second Kelly.  I'd go 6-12 months.  My DD has a Gymboree shirt that is the same style, and it did not look so good when it was too big.

  • i was just at the Gymboree outlet in wrenthem yesterday and they have that line in the store.  you might want to call and see if they have that dress so you can comare the two side by side.  I got a few outfits from that line but i wasnt looking at the dresses
