Looking for a Job for my husband

My husband is still living in Michigan and will be until we can find him a job in Madison.  He is looking for a general labor type job in production or a warehouse for now.  He is thinking about going back to school in January.  Even a retail sales job would work. 

Anyone have any good ideas on where we should even start searching?

When I was doing my job search, I always used these searches.  They are for state jobs and for UW jobs, which cover a pretty good amount of the employers in Madison:
