  • Some of you saw from my FB post sometime last week that I fit into a really old pair of jeans again, so that means I def lost some inches along with pounds!!!  I haven't worn these jeans in about 5 years.  YAYYY!

    I re-started "couch to 5k" for the 4th time..haha...so I hope to keep it up this time and actually finish.  I did gain back about 2 lbs, from Easter etc, so I'm trying to be really diligent about counting points now. I have to put on a bathing suit in 2 weeks!  ahhhhh!

     

  • I stepped up the workouts and even got in an extra super hard workout with my kickboxing teacher on Saturday so that was good! But the sweets have been killing me. I ate my last Cadbury egg about one hour ago (shame on me) but at least it's GONE now and there are no more sweets-inducing holidays for a long long time.

     

  • Now that it's May, I must do more ab workouts for swimsuit season!  Going to try to step up the working out a bit, but I've been good about eating well, so that is saving me at the moment :P

  • I am restarting my couch to 5k program today. I had to stop on orders from my physical therapist after my car accident, but she cleared me last week! I also started eating much better this morning (baby steps) after trying on a bunch of clothes yesterday that didn't fit. DH and I are moving in 3 weeks so while we were packing we tried on clothes and made throw away and donate piles. I was so sad when things that used to fit didn't. Hopefully I can keep on track with things now and finally get rid of this extra weight.

  • I wore a pair of black capris last week that I have not been able to wear since the day after the wedding. No joke. I was SO excited! I was also excited to see that since I weighed myself last, I was down 5 lbs...which makes 12 lb total! Still a very small amount to where I need to be, but it is a step in the right direction. Then, when shopping, I  was buying pants that were TWO sizes smaller than I bought when I went shopping in February...so that was really exciting for me! My workouts have been on and off because I have been ridiculously busy. I'm looking forward to vacation just so I can get in a workout every day on my own time! Eating has been okay (except for this weekend), mainly because I haven't had time to cook, so it has been Lean Cuisines and cereal!

  •  I'm loving all of these stories about fitting into smaller clothes!  WTG Ladies!

    Well my workouts went down the tube last week.  Thank God I was able to bike to work on Monday and Friday so it felt like I accomplished something!

    I ate decent last week but this past weekend is a different story.

    Hopefully this week, I can get all my workouts in!
