the bride to be wants to invite 30 of her closest friends and she does not want to go out of town so we were thinking just renting a hotel room (suite) in town for the people in the wedding party since there are only 6 of us total and then anyone who wants to go out can meet up with us either at the first bar and they can rent a room on their own at the same hotel if they wish to spend the night?
Any ideas on wording for the invite?
Re: bachlorette party
I would consider having everyone meet at the suite first for some pre-party drinks and everyone heading out together. The bridal party can chip for a few champagne bottles for a toast!
"You're invited to Jane's Bachelorette Party!"
"Please join us for some bubbly before we hit the bars"
"X Hotel - 123 Main Street"
"Saturday, 9pm"
"Please text Sue the night of the bachelorette to get the suite number 555.123.4567"
If you don't want to do that, you need to include some sort rough schedule that includes from what time to what time you plan on being at the first bar. You should also include at least one phone number of of the hostesses for those who join later on in the night.
As far as others renting a room - it really depends on how well they know each other. You should include the hotels contact info and nightly rate on the invite.
Something else to consider is transportation: are all the bars walking distance from the hotel? Where would everyone park?
GL!
