Menu ideas for Mother's Day brunch?
Anyone have menu ideas?
We'll be in church in the morning and having about 14 people over afterward for brunch...so it has to be easy and plentiful!
TIA

Breakfast casserole or quiche that you can easily pop in the oven when you get home. Cheesy potatoes can act as hash browns. Assorted fruit and cheeses. Mini banana muffins or blueberry muffins. Mini bagels/cream cheese. Mimosas..... lemon squares or lemon tarts with fruit on top. Mini chocolates or bite size brownies. Oh - a french toast casserole would be really good too.....
I do have a recipe for spinach squares in my cooking blog that would be good for a brunch too...just thought of that.
Wow, PP threw out some great ideas.
This quiche is divine, but it's unfortunately too small for your group. Maybe you could make a couple different quiches or try making it in a 13x9?
Marta White lemon poppy seed muffins are a great short cut item. They're my default muffin.
