Looking for an easy authentic mexican recipe for Cinco de Mayo!!!
I love Cinco de Mayo...but usually we go out for mexican. We're trying to save a little $$$ and eat in, but I still want to celebrate! Any suggestions for a fun cinco de mayo recipe (something a little more exciting than tacos perhaps?)
