Good Vibes needed
After 5 years of bitching, complaining, annoying, threats and guilt trips H decided to finally quit smoking last week.. YAY!! It's been hard on him but i'm so proud of his 1 week sucess. He's on the patch which seems to be working but I figure a few more vibes sent his way wouldn't hurt. I quit right before we met 5yrs ago so I know how hard this is for him.
I can't believe cigarettes are now about $10 a pack. I've been reminding him of how much healthier this is for Mj and also all that money he is saving..

my DH has cut down on smoking, he never does it around me and i only smell it on him after hes been at work... its very hard!

I wish him good luck. I used the patch and it seemed to work well for me.
You can make it a pain for him if he starts again. Make him completely change once he gets home. 2nd hand smoke is so bad for baby's and they breath it off the clothes. I have a niece that has very bad issues and they said it is because of 2nd hand smoke from her dad. So it's near and dear to me.
he can do it- my dad smoked from the time he was 15 to 60 and finally quit!
P.S. its a good thing you dont live in the ghetto bc its $13 a pack at the bodega
