What are some fun things to do? Especially stuff for babies...probably involving handprints and footprints since they are too young to color! I want to have something fun and get all the supplies on hand! TIA
Re: Mother's Day crafts!
We're big on hand prints right now because K likes to trace and cut. We cut out hands, rolled the fingers and then formed the hand into a cone to become a flower. Pipe cleaners, straws, and string are some of the things we used for stems.
One year we made garden stones. We just bought quickcrete and added embellishments around the hand prints.
Put them on a plate or just a piece of paper with a ribbon at the top and this saying:
Children have a certain way
of growing bigger every day,
But these little hands
and this special smile
will stay in our
hearts a long, long while.
Oh! Here's another idea. I just got my email update from notimeforflashcards.com
They did a silhouette project using pics of the kids. Really cute idea!
